I had the pleasure last Fall to photograph an event for the launch of Paula Wolfert’s cookbook, The Food of Morocco, for HL Group. The event was held in the beautiful Library room at The Core Club in midtown. The colorful decor and delicious food were an amazing testament to the launch of her cookbook. One of the things I love about living on the East Coast is being able to enjoy all the Four Seasons. And since this has been a pretty mild winter, it was such a treat to wake up a couple weeks ago to a fresh layer of snow. With my film camera in hand, I decided to take a few pictures in my neighborhood of Howard Beach. I hope you enjoy them!
One of the best views of New York City has to be across the Hudson River in Jersey City. So when I was given the opportunity to photograph Jessica and Kevin’s wedding last June at the the Hyatt Regency, located in Jersey City, I was beyond excited because I knew we would have the amazing NYC skyline as our backdrop.
Not only was the view amazing, but with the beautiful details and the gorgeous Verg Wang gown that Jessica wore, it made the night so beautiful and romantic.

I was lucky to have worked some amazing weddings last year, and since the New Year has begun I wanted to start it off with giving my semi-new blog some much needed love and attention. So over the next few months I am going to share with you some of the wonderful weddings I was fortunate enough to have photographed.
One of the first weddings to start off the beautiful summer was that of Nicole and Peter. After meeting them through a studio I work with, Craig Paulson Photography, I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding. They were so relaxed and calm during our meeting, and their love for each was clearly visible.
They had picked the cute and charming Swan Club in Roslyn, NY to have their wonderful wedding. The day was filled with so much love and laughter, and I am extremely grateful to have been a part of it. Enjoy!

I had the pleasure of meeting Therese & Jeff a few months ago through Belathée Photography, and was delighted to hear that they wanted to incorporate the charm of their old neighborhood of Tudor City into their engagement session. The Tudor decor, sun drenched gardens and the gorgeous view from the rooftop made for an amazing backdrop for this fabulous couple! I am looking forward to shooting their wedding next June!
